What music do you listen to when you exercise?

For Christmas I was lucky enough to get the Nike+ sensor for my shoe.  This ‘talks’ wirelessly to my iPod Nano and allows me to set up workouts according to speed, time, calories etc.  The GPS tracks my distance and speed (via pace), and a female voice lets me know when I have run .5 K, 1K, etc.  There is much more to it than this (including all of the benefits with linking to a nikeplus.com account), but to make a long story short I am finding it highly motivating in preparation for my 10K race this year in May.  

While I normally use the Podrunner podcast for my runs, I decided to change it up a bit by finding upbeat lyrical songs to run to.
