The blogosphere is rich and mysterious
Here and there I have been discovering some new blogs that I feel passionate enough about to immediately add to my feed reader (Bloglines Beta). In the meantime I have also been weeding out the blogs I no longer read actively, all part of my routine system of organizing my online habits to make them manageable and healthy. At any rate, I thought these were worth sharing!
kris’s colour stripes: this is the artist kris’s colour diary - where she posts about the ephemeral visual experiences of her day to day life and draws out the colour palettes in square-shaped swatches. Makes me see colour differently, and of course dream about interior design possibilities. perfect for artists, dreamers, or designers.
Contrariwise - literary tattoos: Not that I will ever get a tattoo (although the thought has crossed my mind once or twice or three times recently), but this blog sometimes makes my head turn. Posting pictures of the tattoo and the literary quotation or source of it, this site is really fun to check out. My favourites are the ellipsis, and Jack Kerouac; I adore simplicity.
Streetclash: is an urban fashion blog - capturing the great styles of passersby in international places like Berlin. I like this blog better than some of the other “streetstyle” blogs… imagine how much fun making this blog would be. I miss my camera!
Finally, several new art blogs - loved because the bloggers have a keen sense of great art and help me to discover artists:
